Ather Energy
Ather is an electric scooter start-up that is redefining electric mobility in India. We worked with the HR and marketing teams to design a high-impact campaign for campus recruitments.
Ather was competing with legacy 2-wheeler automotive brands, when looking to hire fresh engineering and management graduates. We worked with them to articulate a story that conveyed the DNA that was needed for a student to join the Ather team. The idea of "Nothing but crazy" became the central pillar of a campaign that impressed a number of campuses, helping build the team that would eventually take the world by storm with their amazing products.
RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGNS
An integrated campaign including a brand film, emailers, posters and some amazing merchandise, all came together beautifully to create brilliant recall for a relatively new brand at every tech and B-school campus they visited for recruitments. It helped the HR team achieve nearly 90% of their hiring targets as well.
