WORK

Emaar is Dubai's most premier global developer with assets valued at over $26 Billion. They have launched projects in residential, commercial and hospitality spaces. Since its inception, EMAAR has established its presence in over 22 cities—both Tier 1 and Tier 2— and has footprints from Jaipur to Coimbatore. We worked on creating their brand positioning, brand identity, conceptualising their launch campaign and communication collaterals to both introduce brand EMAAR and establish brand recall in the aforementioned markets.

Emaar is a brand which 4AM has partnered very closely with. From being their branding partners to their strategic partners, we have tried making every project of theirs 'iconic'. 4AM worked on a wide variety of their properties across verticals such as residential, commercial and hospitality. Some iconic residential projects on which we have worked include Jaipur Greens and Vaikunth New in Jaipur, The Views in Mohali, Emaar Continental City in Indore and many more. The Central Plaza, Mohali, the only Grade-A commercial space in the area was having difficulties renting out and selling space, but with a concerted effort by their marketing team and our strategic insights, we saw a dramatic increase in sales despite the nationwide lockdown. We helped instill brand discipline in order to increase brand recall.

We created an aspirational quality of work with an individualistic look and tone of voice for each of their properties across India by examining the location of the property and defining the target group as per price and market trends.

We curated & planned everything since its inception, from brand architecture to the tone of voice.
We allowed customers to visualize the lifestyle that EMAAR offered while creating a deep footprint for the brand too.
