Ketto

Ketto.org is an India based crowdfunding site that focuses on raising funds for those in need, especially medical expenses. We worked closely with the CEO and the marketing team to help conceptualise and execute one of their fund raising initiatives.

We wanted to engage users without using ads and raise funds without explicitly asking for funds. It was a unique challenge in the sense that it went against the grain of everything that was done in this category. Evoked a sense of sympathy and a desire to help without directly showing something that is pitiful.

DIGITAL MARKETING

We focused on a campaign to raise funds for children with medical conditions and varied terminal illnesses. The insight was based around how easily parents used distraction in everyday life to pacify crying or troubled kids. Thus was born the "Library of Distractions". A portal that just asked parents to share a distraction story and at the end revealed that for so many children, a simple disrtaction alone wouldn't help address the situation. A campaign that garnered over 150K shares and was covered by over 20 publications while achieving the fund raising target set as well. Job done!
