Piramal Capital & Housing Finance
Piramal Enterprise is one of India's largest diversified conglomerates with business interests in glass, pharma, finance and real estate. Piramal Capital and Housing Finance is the lending business that was set up in 2012. We worked to help position and launch the business across multiple cities in India.
Piramal Capital & Housing Finance needed a strategic partner who would help lay the foundation for the brand. We partnered the marketing and the senior management team at PCHF to position the parent brand, and helped launch a number of products and executed a number of advertising campaigns and marketing collaterals for them. The strategic base helped us create some great creative communication that won the appreciation of our client and their customers too.
ADVERTISING & BRANDING
We helped position the housing finance vertical with the tagline "Loan se pehle log". After the formation of Piramal Capital & Housing Finance we helped articulate their brand positioning with the line "Bada socho". We helped brand and launch multiple products like SUPER loans and Advantage Loans with the Housing Finance team and created integrated campaigns including films, outdoor, print and radio. We worked on all their collateral and design for each of the products launched.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
We conceptualised, planned and executed the launch of PCHF across different cities in India. This included grand developer meets in each of these cities where we worked on the complete event right from venue, stage, logistics, entertainment, F&B and collateral. We also created audio-visual communication for these events. We worked on a number of mall and society activations, stall fabrication and design, for their participation in real estate and housing finance exhibitions too.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Executed a photoshoot to create an image library that could be used across all communications. Scripted and executed corporate films, product films and explainer videos for the brand to talk about different initiatives and verticals.
