We were involved right from naming of the business to the identity design to all the asset specific communication and tenant engagement.

Brand Identity: Worked on the naming and brand identity that reflected the essence of the brand. Also worked on naming and identity for every new asset acquired.

Advertising & Digital: Set up all digital handles and managed communication online and offline. Helping build engagement across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter through informative content and interesting contests

Design & Collateral: Created new collaterals right from leasing decks to brochures for all commercial assets and corporate level communication for the Nucleus brand as well.

Experiential Marketing: Conceptualised and executed numerous events and activations within the office parks across India to raise levels of tenant engagement.

Brief

New platform for commercial assets. New identity for the world. Blackstone was looking to create a brand for its 100% owned commercial assets in India.

Challenge

Befitting the Blackstone legacy, yet, creating its own mark. It needed to represent the scale of the world’s largest fund but it was also important to be distinct and have it’s own identity.

Thought

A brand that sits at the very heart of every transformation. As a business that focused on taking acquired assets and elevating the tenant experience, it drove change from the inside out. Nucleus was a befitting name for not just a service but an experience that was at the core of every commercial office space.
