The ideal candidate should have spent at least 5-6 years in a Mainline or Digital Advertising Agency. The person will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Talent Acquisition - Search, recruit and Onboard new hires, monitor their performance over the next 6 months etc.
  • Performance Management - Conduct Performance Reviews and Appraisal and ensure performance related conversations occur in the organization
  • Employee Engagement - Design and run various engagement programs, ensure culture building that follows organizational vision
  • Manage HR Operations such as attendance, leave and various processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

ROLE:
