Godrej Properties is one India’s most diversified and trusted real estate developers with residential and commercial projects throughout India. They endeavored into their next project, in Kalyan with the aim to bring the premium brand into the market within an affordable reach and build an identity that stands out from the rest. 4AM Worldwide partnered with them to create an unique positioning and identity.
Since Godrej Properties were entering the Kalyan market, they wanted an identity that would not only appeal to their target market but also one that encompasses the unique offerings of this project. They needed a campaign that had the USPs of the project at its core. The team concocted the positioning idea, The Flow Of Life and the name Godrej Riviera which effortlessly assembled the key highlights of the project like the legacy of Godrej, the greenery and the Ulhas River that flows by the property.
Branding
The team faultlessly represented the legacy of Godrej by creating a campaign that highlighted the USPs of the project. The positioning line, The Flow Of Life, and the project name, Godrej Riviera, influenced the presence of the Ulhas River and conveyed an easy yet refined lifestyle experience.
