GOOD BAD FILMS | A GOODNEWLOGO!

WORK

Good Bad Films, a production house born from the collaborative vision of Anurag Kashyap, Ranjan Singh, and Kabir Ahuja, has carved a distinct niche in the cinematic landscape by embracing the inherent duality of human experience. This company, renowned for its intrepid exploration of life's intricate tapestries, transcends the simplistic binaries of "good" and "bad" narratives. Their creative philosophy celebrates the multifaceted nature of storytelling, where each thread woven into the narrative tapestry contributes to the richness of the overall experience.

Our challenge lay in translating this multifaceted essence into a cohesive brand identity. This involved crafting a static logo that would serve as a visual anchor, embodying the core values of the company. Furthermore, we aimed to create a dynamic motion logo that would capture the essence of Good Bad Films' artistic spirit in a captivating and engaging manner.

BRAND IDENTITY

In weaving the brand identity, we sought a powerful representation of the duality that permeates Good Bad Films' artistic vision. The answer manifested in the inclusion of the formidable figure of Kali, a figure steeped in symbolism and potent imagery. This choice not only reflects the balance between creation and destruction, a recurring theme within the company's narratives, but also ignites the imagination. The logo itself playfully embodies the ongoing dialectic between good and evil, a thematic dance that has captivated humanity for millennia.

The result is a brand identity that not only represents duality but transforms it into a captivating experience. Audiences are left with a lingering impression, a playful "Mogo" that echoes the brand's unique position and resonates long after the encounter.
