Runwal TCP is PCMC’s largest integrated development. Spread over approximately 20 Acres this development has all the aspects of an international lifestyle. A truly global community that includes a mall with a footprint over 1 million sq. ft., a stunning commercial development spanning nearly 6 lakh Sq. ft. and a luxurious residential cluster of around 8 acres that has one of the largest recreational zones in Pimpri-Chinchwad. This is truly home to Pune's very own jet-setters. We created advertising related collaterals for this project, while also conceptualising and designing, customer and channel partner related engagement.
Runwal TCP needed a strategic partner who would help lay the foundation for the brand. We have worked with Runwal over the years as an extension to their marketing teams. Right from the brief stage to the complete execution of all their communication requirements, we have collaborated very closely with the Runwal management to successfully launch multiple projects and have achieved some record-breaking sales numbers with them. This strategic base helped us create some outstanding creative communication that won the appreciation of our client and their customers too.
Branding
We began with a launch campaign to establish the positioning of "PCMC’S JEWEL, YOUR PRIDE". The communication reflected the sense of Pune’s pride which was an integral part of the consumer psyche. This complemented a colour palette that was stylish and luxurious and aligned with consumer’s aspirations and Runwal’s brand colours. We conceptualised, designed and executed complete campaigns for the projects of the parent brand as well.
OFFICE BRANDING
We create brand identities and designs for diverse assets that help brands in providing an overall immersive experience to their customers. We conceptualised, designed and executed ‘Legacy Wall’ as an exterior branding for Runwal sales office. The wall talks about the milestones achieved by Runwal along with their awards, which they take pride in. This helps consumers get an insight on what Runwal stands for.
